PROPOSAL SUMMARY  This proposal seeks the approval of the GMX DAO for establishing a framework for the allocation of a portion of protocol fees from V2 towards sustainable modular development, maintenance and growth of GMX including ensuring the DAOs treasury is funded to support itself in all market conditions.
