PROPOSAL SUMMARY  This proposal seeks the approval of the GMX DAO for establishing a framework for the allocation of a portion of protocol fees from V2 towards sustainable modular development, maintenance and growth of GMX including ensuring the DAOs treasury is funded to support itself in all market conditions.  It is proposed that 10% of the protocol fees from select activities on upcoming GMX V2 be allocated toward the GMX Treasury and/or the further sub-allocation of a portion of these fees...
